I tried the sauces at a stall you had at Trentham Christmas market at the end of November. As a person who notoriously does not like pre made sauces and soups as so many taste ‘fake’ or full of corn starch / preservatives. My friends and I absolutely loved your samples and I bought one of each sauce to try. I used the sweet red wine sauce with some venison sausages and my husband was hunting for extra sauce. I have also used the white wine sauce with sautéed leeks and was blown away. I have ordered more as we are having venison for Christmas dinner this year and the red wine sauce will be a much better accompaniment than any gravy.

I am still to use the peppercorn but I expect that will be received as positively as the others.

Definitely the best ‘prepared’ sauces I have ever had.

Hi, got my delivery earlier this week and couldn’t wait to try the Diane sauce. We took a trip to Costco to buy a tray of Aberdeen Angus minute steak. Sliced shallots, sliced mushrooms and the steak in strips, all cooked in a little butter , the steak flash fried, added the sauce. On opening the packet the fragrance to me was definitely ‘got a good slug of brandy ‘ in here. Texture was creamy and it complemented the above beautifully. The flavour is wonderful, (we had it with plain rice so as not to mask any flavour.)and I’m certain with a little sour cream added it could disguise itself as a stroganoff sauce for those not keen to make their own. My daughter Emma makes a wonderful beef wellington, and this sauce would work well with that too in my opinion as an accompaniment to good veggies. My husband doesn’t usually go for sauces with any booze in , but he loved it. Enjoyed every mouthful and went in for seconds.

All in all this is a wonderful addition to your repertoire of delicious sauces. Will definitely order more when it comes to the market. Can’t wait for the cheese to be available too. Well done , you have a winner with this one .

Tonight we have had a steak which we don't have very often but the sauce was delicious. It was full of flavour and very moreish. I will be ordering more soon. Now all your sauces are marvellous. I will try the white wine sauce in a fish pie.

First. Happy Christmas and I do not expect you to see or read this until after the festivities. I just wanted to say your sweet red wine sauce has absolutely made our dinner. Paired with venison, gammon and pigs in blankets along with all the trimmings. My son even said poured on a Yorkshire pudding it is to die for.
